SISS Technologies will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or acts of government.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SISS Technologies and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or negotiations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
